Why is my bowman football card so thick?

i looked up my topps bowman chan henne bronze rookie card on ebay and i cant find any i can only find Chrome bronze (mine has no chrome) and mine is as wide as a dime maybe even bigger why is that and is it good? how much is it worth? should i keep it or sell it?
