Support. Cheated. Std....?

I cheated on my boyfriend, and he forgave me. He was my first relationship and I wasnt his. I did it when I first went to college and was very naive and stupid. Im not makin an excuse but I was tragically sorry for that and know that I can never give myself to anyone again. Months later we found out that I gave him a one of the mildest cases of HPV. We love eachother but i know hes sick and disgusted with me and doesnt want to speak with me. How can I support him and show him im there so he doesnt have to deal with it on his own. If you were with him, would you break up with me?
