What is wrong with my feet? (pictures included)?

Go to the foot doctor provided by your medical insurance. You probably have a virus. Also on the last toe you have bunions caused from shoes being to small. I have 2 bunions on each foot with the 2nd toe overlapping the big toe. But if bunions really annoy you if you have the money you can get surgery to make them straight again. Hope I helped! (:
