PLEASE HELP ME!! i need opinions, what does this sound like to you?

Well I don't really see a question in this story you have written, but I can tell you one thing right off the bat that Keegan LIKES YOU. When your under the influence depending on how much you have drank or smoked you don't really have control over what you say or do because its like having truth serum in your drink or smoke or whatever. Anyways having said that I really don't think you should ociate with this kind of people because it could be bad and you might end up pregnant or getting d if he is asking if it would be cool if you guys "accidentally" hook up if he was drunk or whatever. But if you still want to hang out these kind of people that is fine, but just know this guy is being really weird about liking/wanting to hook up with you. Just stay true to yourself and don't be around people that say things like "would you still trust me if we hooked up when i was drunk?" .... I really hope that this helps because this guy really doesn't sounds like a good guy friend. Good luck :)
