Should I tell my wife about this?

it really seems like you two need to have a serious talk about this problem. You arent going to get anywhere if you two just try and ignore it or run away, like to the basement. That after all was your first mistake. hers was not trusting you.You two BOTH need to handel this maturely so that you can develope trust.
