Parents: how do you plan to teach your children education?

I don't have a really detailed plan layed out or anything...I guess it all depends on what age my daughter starts asking questions and at what age the school decides to begin education. I do intend to be completely open and honest with her. I'm not going to be one of those shy moms who thinks it's awkward and embarring to talk to my children about such things. I also do not believe in abstinence only education...I plan on telling my daughter sometime during her pre-teen years that she needs to come directly to me as soon as she makes the decision to become ually active. I will take her to the doctor myself and get her on birth control. That's what my stepmother did with me and in hindsight, it was brilliant parenting.
