Is it possible for a guy to spend months in Bangkok without visiting hookers?

My BF worked in Bangkok for many months. I asked him how many hookers he banged in this while and he says "none". I find it strange. My BF has an enormous drive. When he stayed in Bangkok, he was unattached. Is it still possible for a man to stay clean? What does he get by lying to me? I am not ditching him for the honest answer.
