Not really.. your workout routine should involve a little more cardio and a little less weight lifting.. for example, do two of the chest exercises and then incorporate some cardio. Keep saturday and sunday as rest days, and remember, you don't want to damage your muscles, which can happen from over working them. If you feel any extra pain in a muscle, aside from the obvious sore-ness, you should definitely rest for a few days (or more if needed) and consider toning down the workouts a bit :) Hope this helps!
